Jenni Tarrant OAM — Founder & Chair
Jenni Tarrant OAM is a business owner, creative director, and cutting specialist with over 42 years in the hairdressing industry. As the founder of Bond Hair Religion in the ACT, she has built one of Australia's most awarded salon environments. Her career includes multiple national titles, an Order of Australia Medal, and recognition for humanitarian leadership.
Jenni founded The Tarrant Foundation to ensure that every cent donated goes directly to people in need. Over the years, she has personally raised more than $300,000 for vulnerable communities across Australia.

Ingrid Workman — Treasurer
Ingrid Workman is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in strategic accounting and investment. She is the co-founder of GenFocus, an advisory firm dedicated to improving the sustainability and success of businesses across Canberra and beyond.
Ingrid believes that strong businesses create stronger communities. She brings financial rigour, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to the people The Tarrant Foundation serves.

Patti-Jane (PJ) Ashley — Board Member
Patti-Jane (PJ) Ashley brings a rare combination of corporate leadership and healing expertise to the Board. With senior roles across government, defence, and the corporate sector — including six years on the Board of Lifeline Canberra — PJ transitioned to follow her passion for personal and professional transformation.
PJ is the Founder and CEO of The Pillar Code, a healing and development system now recognised as a modality in 39 countries. She is a published author and multiple award-winning business leader.

Harrison Cross — Board Member
Harrison brings a creative perspective and genuine passion for people to The Tarrant Foundation. An artist, small business professional, and marathon runner, he understands dedication, community, and the importance of showing up for those who need it most.
As a member of the founding family, Harrison's commitment to the Foundation's mission is both personal and deeply felt.

Jules Tarrant — Board Secretary & Public Officer
Jules Tarrant is a Senior Licensed Pillar Code Practitioner with over 30 years of experience supporting people through trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions.
As Board Secretary, Jules contributes both operational support and a deep understanding of the people The Tarrant Foundation serves. She also volunteers with the Queanbeyan Night Podz and leads the Canberra Chapter of Women With Altitude.

The Tarrant Foundation Limited is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and holds Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. All donations over $2 are tax-deductible in Australia.
